Can't access sticker shop, Any advice/help ??

Sounds like you're not connected to the EA servers.

It connects to the EA servers just fine on launching the game, it allows my full access to the online features, Just the store being closed really

Sorry I can't give any help but I have been having the same problem as well. It sucks that we can't do anything now especially upgrade our plants or plant any pots. hopefully ea gets the message and fixes it promptly.

Yeahh i know, kind of hit a roadblock when you have to plant pots to achive the next level, really hope a fix comes soon 

Ok so my brother just downloaded his account on my xbox at my home and he gets to use every customization option available, being brothers he decides to look at me with a smug grin that i want to slap off his face, such a shame on what i thought was such a good game at first 

My son also had this problem but we sorted our issue by making sure only one person was signed in, when we did this he was able to access the store, we have xbox one version so you always have to be careful as to the automatic sign in when that person enters the room.

And also making sure you quit the game with the menu button ans strating from start up with the person wanting access only signed in.

Our issues now our the EA servers always been down when we want to play

But that still doesn't seem to fic the problem, i played a full day yesterday witn no account but mine even downloaded to my console (Xbox 360e) I just tried resetting the updates manually and a full reboot of my router and console. But to no avail

Not really surprised at EA after the disappointment of battlefield 4.

Im planning on trading this game in on monday due to the countless problems i have encountered. Wont be in a rush to prchase any more EA games, shame really.

I can't access sticker shop either. Been trying for 2 says and nothing. When will this issue be fixed? Apparently this is an issue many people are having. by the way I am on Xbox360. Very frustrating since I am out of plant seeds and need to purchase some boosts. Please give us an idea when it will be fixed or at least let us know you are working on it. Thanks...

After speaking to a member this morning they said that nobody should be able to use the store until a week after launch, Next friday for me in the UK, Soo will hold on to the game until then but i wont be surprised if it was just a stall. Fingers crossed for you all.
