Can't access sticker shop, Any advice/help ??

So i just bought the game today and was looking forward to the full customization options avaidable, however my experience of this game is restricted due to not being aloud to visit the sticker shope...

    Hello all, we are looking into this issue and would like to ask you to check if you are able to access the Sticker Shop between rounds when you are playing a multiplayer game (not garden ops)?

Ok so my brother just downloaded his account on my xbox at my home and he gets to use every customization option available, being brothers he decides to look at me with a smug grin that i want to slap off his face, such a shame on what i thought was such a good game at first
