Can't access the deluxe upgrade features

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Please provide your Xbox gamertag or PSN ID. (Optional)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Not really sure
Summarize your bug I can't access the deluxe upgrade features even thought I purchased it
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't think you can go out of your way to reproduce it
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

    Hey, it's normally a pretty quiet process, the deluxe editions should just show up in your inventory. 

    You may need to restart your client first, then check the changing booth.

    I even tried to restart my pc and it didn't show up. It says on origin that it is unlocked but I have no costumes in my changing booth and if it should've showed up in the news feed it doesn't for me. I tried anything maybe something to do with windows or something what could block it from installing. I tried to repair the game I tried to update the game. Should I try to uninstall origin than reinstall everything? I am open up to anything that can solve this. Thanks for your help

    I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo dumb sorry for this useless post if anyone can delete this form this post I would apreciate it. When I go to delete it I don't have the option. This was a loss of my time and your time sorry again
