EA aren't allowed to comment on cheat reports, not the status, the result or anything like that.
The community of users in here on Answer HQ can't comment on it because we are just gamers like you.
Naming and shaming is not allowed so I've removed your picture so you don't break the rules and can be punished just like cheaters which would be silly.
All in all, feel free to report the user again if you have better proff that the person is cheating, and otherwise there's nothing you can do except playing and having fun.
