8 years agoSolved it. Restart your ps4 and then under "System" go to "Account Management" and click "Restore Licenses" and click OK. Good luck!

Hey all, any issues connecting to the game should be sorted now.The studio were able to do a little work on their end to ensure that no one should have any issues connecting.
If you continue to be unable to connect then please let me know and also try the connection troubleshooting steps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If you continue to see the issue after completing troubleshooting and opening ports, please run a UO trace to check your connection.
- Anonymous8 years agoWe have exact same issue, can't get passed the initial llading screen. We have two Xbox's and my son's account logs in fine. We are able to use my gamertag to connect to EA servers with Star Wars Battlefront 2 just fine. We have not been able to play under my gamer tag, we missing festivus! What do i do?

It's helpful to me tho, bcz I'm having connection issues on GW2 (for Ps4) as well, so... 🤷♂️
