Community Manager@Oh_Uppity I had a look at your account, the main gamertag does not have Xbox Live on it and is a Silver account. If you have Gold on another account then please ensure that you have that one set as your primary account.

Hi I know this thread is 4 years but I’m wondering if there is anything you could do to help me fix my game as I have been unable login for about a year now. It only dosent let me play gw2. Gw1, bfn and other ea games play perfectly fine.
