Can't connect to EA servers for Plants vs Zombies GW2

i can't connect to the EA servers? We have 2 xbox's in the same room on the same connection, never had any issues. The other Xbox can connect under my boyfriends gamertage and he can play fine, I ...

Hey all, any issues connecting to the game should be sorted now.The studio were able to do a little work on their end to ensure that no one should have any issues connecting. 

If you continue to be unable to connect then please let me know and also try the connection troubleshooting steps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

If you continue to see the issue after completing troubleshooting and opening ports, please run a UO trace to check your connection.

    We have exact same issue, can't get passed the initial llading screen. We have two Xbox's and my son's account logs in fine. We are able to use my gamertag to connect to EA servers with Star Wars Battlefront 2 just fine. We have not been able to play under my gamer tag, we missing festivus! What do i do?

      @Oh_Uppity I had a look at your account, the main gamertag does not have Xbox Live on it and is a Silver account. If you have Gold on another account then please ensure that you have that one set as your primary account.

        My account is actually Panda1117. I have xbox live gold. Gor some reason my nephews gamertag came up in this forum. Still can't figure it out.
        Ever since we bought the Dr Zomboss frozen upgrade pack we have not been able to get passed the initial load screen. My son's account CHSTRCHMPSYETIS, (which is a tribute to Chester Chomper in PVZ GW1) can play online fine. My wife and I have been playing SW Battlefront 2 online fine. I cant figure it out.

      @MarieMuffin01  Have you ran through the connection troubleshooting steps and cleared the cache, etc.

    Hi I know this thread is 4 years but I’m wondering if there is anything you could do to help me fix my game as I have been unable login for about a year now. It only dosent let me play gw2. Gw1, bfn and other ea games play perfectly fine.
