Can't connect to EA servers for Plants vs Zombies GW2

i can't connect to the EA servers? We have 2 xbox's in the same room on the same connection, never had any issues. The other Xbox can connect under my boyfriends gamertage and he can play fine, I ...

It's helpful to me tho, bcz I'm having connection issues on GW2 (for Ps4) as well, so... 🤷‍♂️
