Completed Quest to Get 2nd Zombie Hero, but didn't get Hero.

Plants vs Zombies Heroes:  I completed the Quest to unlock the second Zombie Hero. I got to the screen where I could select from 2 Zombie Heroes and then my app closed. When I pulled it back up, the app restarted and I no longer had the option to select a new Hero.  So, I was robbed of my second Zombie Hero.  Please help!
