@evolvepsycho3 Can you try going through the following steps?
Community AdminI take it that other EA games on the account connect ok? If you power cycle your router, and restart your system with a Clean Boot, does anything change?
Also can I check what anti-virus/firewall folks are using, in case there's a common shared factor here.

Hello i am also having the same problem. I have already missed an exclusive founders item for this and i sure hope since so many of us aren't able to get in you guys will gift us players with this bug these set items. It is unfair to us that we aren't able to get in i hope you guys will fix this bug soon cause i am about to miss the next week item as well. I have this problem on ps4 and can't get in and ea help told me to put a post here so you guys can fix this issue. I am worried tho i won't be getting these items i missed for the founders. I already missed dave bubbles which is the one i wanted and i am soon going to miss the knight pea. Thanks for trying to help us in every way and i only hope you will reward us players with the items we missed for trying to just get into the game when we can't!
