I'm unable to open the DLC gifts in the sticker shop.

Today, 08/14/25, I was buying the Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 DLCS from the PS5 store. However, I ended up accumulating the packs I purchased. So, when I reached 49 gifts, whenever I went to the gifts in the sticker shop, I always ended up getting a soft lock and the DLCs I purchased never loaded. So, I spent $400, but it ended up being wasted because I couldn't open the gifts. Is there a solution to fix this soft lock in the console version? I noticed that when I reach 49 or more, the game always ends up getting this soft lock. An example video is attached. I play in Console.
