Can't Connect to EA servers for PVZ battle for neighborville

Hello. If you are someone who can't connect to the "servers and can't log in. Reply Below!

It has been months now since founders! I still can't get into the game on ps4. I have talked ea help, ps4, and tried everything!

I get the same message every time with the can't connect to ea servers and crap!

I know only a few people have this problem and its not a wide spread problem but if u can't see that these people with these problems most of them can't seem to fix it. I am able to get in any other game just fine!

I am a youtuber for this franchise and it stinks i cant play with my fans on ps4.

I have the game on xbox on pc and i can play the game fine. Plus there all the same ea account. I have even tried playing off a friends ps4 and still couldn't get in!

All i ask is for you guys to "look" into it and at least see if its something on your side.

I have talked to ZeroxFuisons and he has reported this bug to you guys a few times. Out of all people to say its something on our side. It can't be me. This should be enough proof that it just can't be a connection problem or some crap on our side. When everyone tried everything. Pc and ps4 players have it the most.

I love this game and franchise and i hate to see how people can't get into the game. I see fathers and mothers making reports on how there child can't play the game and how exciting it was when they got it. And now they have to make a complaint. I see people saying they wasted $40 for a game they can't get into.

I feel robbed from getting exclusive items in founders cause of some connection issue out of no where just magically appeared!

I find it stupid to think out of no where my connection just don't work for just one game while everything else works fine.

I see some of my fans wanting to play with them when i can't. I have to tell them i can't do anything about it. Also i can log into the game fine on other ps4 accounts. But even after playing a bit with those accounts i can't log into the game

I hope who ever is reading this understands these small percent of the peoples problem with this. If you are one of those people reply below! And if you are a dev or someone from the pvz team please look into this!

I cannot connect to the game. It is giving me multiple errors including connection timed out and failed to retrieve patch. I keep retrying to connect and continue to get an error. I have tried numerous times and sometimes it acts like it going to connect (found the best match and attempts to load giddy park) but then I get the message that I have been disconnected from the network.

I'm currently experiencing this same problem on xbox and GW2 has same problem.
I hope this problem will be fixed soon.

I am having constant problems staying connected to the EA servers for Battle For Neighborville on an Xbox One console. CONSTANT. i have tried resetting router/modem/console. i have tried using an alternate MAC Address as suggested in the EA Help section and once again resetting network. I have played games before on this console that required a constant internet connection such as The Division and Gears Of War 4 and 5, to name a few. I have never had any consistent/constant problems with staying connected to servers. i am SO CLOSE to finishing multiple sections of this fantastic game, yet am constantly hindered by the server problems. i truly wish these games werent absolutely necessary to maintain a connection to the crappy servers when just trying to play solo or couch cooperative. the game becomes basically unplayable which is a huge shame because otherwise its a fantastic game.

Dear EA,
I am trying to play PVZ on my Nintendo switch and i can't due to the server connection error i hope we can resolve this issue.

Same problem here, my son wants to play but it keeps saying it's unable to reach the EA servers, or got time out, or kicked, or something.
it only worked fine for a little bit the night it was installed, but next day he wanted to play stopped connecting.

Brand new game. I haven’t even gotten into the game to play. It hasn’t finished loading before I get the can’t connect to server error. If you find a fix, please post something. My son is heartbroken he can’t play his birthday present.
