Hello, I have the same problem, but I already did everything that will indicate it still does not work.

    Looking at your Dxdiag you are using a very old CPU, while powerful it still under the minimum spec but also it's using old tech that the new games do use. @OPneu 

    Is there anything else we can help with?

      @EA_Atic Thanks atic for the help but what can i do to make PvZ work? buy new parts ?, format the computer? if it is a new part would be any specific?

        I'm trying to start the 10 hour trial, but I'm getting the same issue.

        The logs in: C:\ProgramData\Origin\Logs says "TK Initialization error!"
