CANT LEVEL UP ANYONE

PVZ WONT LET ME LEVEL UP ANY CHARACTERS. I CAN PLAY A MULTIPLAYER GAME, GET MY CHARACTER TO LEVEL 10, AND WHEN I GO BACK IT RESETS AND DOESNT SAVE. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A LEVELING UP SYSTEM IF IT...

    Thanks everyone for providing the information so far.

    I know some of you have already provided the requested information but I think this thread is becoming a bit messy because it seem as though there's two different issues being reported. I've now created two new threads for the different issues. If you can post your details in which thread applies to you then that will help us investigate the individual issues.

    I'm going to lock this thread so we can keep the issues separate.

Oh ok i live in eastern time zone, so it working for me now, but yesterday and the day before it was about 4:00pm to about8:00 I count level up my characters
