PVZ Heroes Massive Financial Bug

There is something going on. Boys, I have done it all to try an fix this issue. I can't buy packs. I'm trying to gamble. It's not letting me. I've done it all. I can buy packs on other mobile games but not this one. 

Things I've done so you don't ask answered q's:

Restarted the app, deleted cache, deleted data, restarted phone, signed out of Google, signed out of the PvZ Heroes app, linked EA, unlinked EA, linked play store, unlinked play store, deleted my cards on file, changed Google play accounts, I've even tried to trick the system through every possible menu swap such as going to each individual buyable hero an buying the diamonds instead of buying the packs. Ive tried. I'm tired. I'm done. Countless research is hurting my eyes, help me please EA. I'm just trying to give you money, not to say I lost my beginner pack special deal cause of this
