Cant move, asking me to update driver.
Whenever I try to launch the game i get this error:
When I try to run the game anyways, it plays the intro, shows the loading page, and then takes me to the tutorial with the sunflower. However, I can't move the character. I can't look around, shoot, use abilities, or move. And I have tested that my mouse and keyboard work.
So I tried to update my drivers by going to the website on the error message, https:/downloadcenter.intel.com/ And I downloaded what it told me to. Then I ran the program, and updated the things it told me needed updates. It prompted me to restart my computer, so I did. Then I tried to run the game and I get the same error message, and when i try to play anyways, the same glitch where I can't move occurs.
I don't really know how to fix this problem on my own, so I am hoping that there is someone working at PopCap that can help me with this, because I've always been a big fan of pvz, and I've played all the pvz games including garden warfare 1... I even payed 20 extra dollars to start with 630,000 extra coins, so I really don't want my 90 dollars to go to waste, because I don't usually buy new games very often.
Here is my current version:
It says in the error messege that I need version xx.xx.15.4251 or above, and I have version 20.19.15.4331, so it should be working.
Also my computer has no problems running Garden Warfare 1, or Minecraft, So I don't think it is an issue with my computer.

The available photographs of desktop PC back panels with any kind of labels is surprisingly poor on the 'Net. My daughter in law tried to connect a PC the wrong way recently, and I looked at some length for appropriate pictures that I wouldn't have to edit myself. Generally speaking, the "wrong" video port is on the upper half of the rear side, while the CORRECT port in on the lower one third, oriented in a horizontal direction.
That is based on the Tower style, with a power supply unit at the top, and the backplane area at the very bottom. If the power supply is on the bottom, the correct video port will still be on the lower half. If the computer lies on its side, the wrong port will be either near the upper panel, or lower panel, with the correct port more centered from top to bottom, and oriented vertically.
This image is of what Dell calls a "Mini-Tower", usable upright or on its side. The #2 is a wrong port to use for gaming. But #3 is the real GPU's location and pair of ports. Whatever that #1 labeled one is, I've seen them, never had occasion to use any, I sorta think it's for connection to TVs, or something on that order.
