can't play multiplayer on pvz gw2

I DON'T KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE IS HAVING THIS SAME PROBLEM......BUT......SINCE DELETING THE  BETA VERSION OF THIS GAME AND BUYING THE DELUXE VERSION OF PVZ GW 2 WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM PLAYING MULTIPLA...

    Hey @lanedemi

    Are you able to enter any modes at all? Can you get into the backyard?

    I see you're playing on XBOX One - do you have XBOX Live gold? XBL gold isn't needed for solo play but if you want to play multiplayer you would need it.

Until the game is fully downloaded you can only play with Citron in Moon Nexus.

I have the game fully downloaded but when I enter a game it says "waiting for players" and after 5 min it says that I was afk..

    I can't play multiplayer. I just got the PC version, and if I try to join a multiplayer server, it only puts me on Ocean Center with no players. Help.
