can't play multiplayer on pvz gw2

uhh Plants vs zombies Garden warfare 2 runs fine on my PC but each time i enter a multiplayer portal its stuck on the multiplayer loading screen then says i have been kicked out then takes me back to the backyard battleground ps help.
