Can't Play Plants vs zombies garden warfare 2? (Screen won't appear and close)

Question

I really need help to solve my problem about my Origin client. Whenever I press the play button, it took long time to run and the play button reset again, without any game screen appear. When I check the task manager, this game is still running without a screen when I start, after few minutes it disappear. Restart windows, reinstall and uninstall won't able to cure. And I am frustrating about the problem. However, my minor problem is my origin client run so slow after login. Can anyone help me to solve the problem? Or anything I missed? Please, this is my favorite game after all.

I have tried these method but still not working. There might be the problem of my Origin profile.
