Can't Play Plants vs zombies garden warfare 2? (Screen won't appear and close)

I really need help to solve my problem about my Origin client. Whenever I press the play button, it took long time to run and the play button reset again, without any game screen appear. When I check...

I have tried these method but still not working. There might be the problem of my Origin profile.

    Try contacting the support team. They will be able to look into the issue further for you. 

    To discuss with an advisor simply fill out this form and select  Technical support / Game performance in the drop down menu.
