Can't upgrade to deluxe edition.
Hi, A while back I had pre-ordered Garden Warfare 2 Deluxe edition, however, we redeemed the digital game code on a different account than the one I use, and if I go to my mailbox, the option is nowhere to be seen, now, my account is in the UK, but that's just so I could get early access to the beta, I had a US account, but I wasn't able to transfer my characters on that one, and so my main account (the one that all my progress on) is Queen_Cactoos PS4 which is the UK one, so how do I recieve the deluxe upgrade if the option is not even available to me?
If you need it, I can show proof that I have purchased it.
Another note, I did not recieve a pack for any of the deluxe items, neither does my mailbox say Deluxe Edition.
EDIT: After looking in other areas, I noticed that others indeed have this problem, so the question is, can EA do anything about it? Or will they just sit there and laugh as 10 dollars went to complete waste.
The Deluxe portion is applied to 1 and only 1 account. When you used it on the first account it got used up it cannot be used on a 2nd account. You would have to purchase it for that account and being a UK account I think someone had that issue before that they could not get it for UK? I am not too sure on that one but its a one time use bonus.
