Cant use unlocked foot soldire

@CmdrCameron Hey, are you still seeing the issue? If you play a match, then check the sticker book, are you retaining all the coins you earned?

i thought i might write it down in this thread here,

during the problems i unlocked alien flower and jade cactus with those 30k packs

now everything is fine, but i cant select them ingame.

stickerbook says i have them but cannot select them ingame, same to the upgrades of the golfstar and the other character from those 30k packs.

i think the name was legends of the lawn pack.

and i sometimes get upgrade cards for the golfstar allstar zomby, but ingame i allready had them, they are only missing in the stickerbook.

EDIT: the game also refuses to customize these characters i mentioned ^^

EDIT 2: sometimes the stickershop still gives me things i allready should have, and then the game crashes/freezes xD

Okay i just used the repair function.

didnt do anything:

example alien flower.

- stcikerbook says i have it unlocked without upgrades.

- customization says ???? character where it should be located.

- ingame cant select the alien flower.

do i maybe have to delete some kind of profile data manually and the game grabs it from the server fresh and bugfree.... just as a guess ?

Okay just had a talk to technical hotline ^^

we also tried port opening but did nothing :S

he said: okay so you will just have to wait for the gamespecialists to fix the problem.

so another day saving up coins and waiting for them to fix the shop.

but the good news, it was not my fault :D

atleast ranks and rewards do work fine 🙂

yes i am still having this problem it hasent given me coins back for the packs. it says i have it in my stickerbook but wont show up in my zombie select menu

i still have it too

seems we really have to wait

i mean:

a thousands of players have this.

so it will take its time to get fixed i guess ^^
