captain deadbeard is not useful even it is a legendary card??

I think it is not good enough to become legendary because the effect do 1 damage to "zombie" and plant and just summon 4/3 it can died so easily with repeater".. And i think it is as same as with firework zombie with rare.. Maybe "fire roaster better"..So why barrel of deadbeard is legendary? Anyone? ☹️

    As an ultimate league player, there is a reason why every professor brainstorm i duel uses 4 of these.

    1. Amazing value for 2 brains
    -- yes it does 1 damage to all zombies too but u have control over the card. Try placing it early game or when opponent puts puffshroom. After it explodes it summons a 4/3 for a 2 cost card which is A LOT

    2. Triggers valkryie twice
    -- every valk player uses it not only because of its versitality but also because it buffs valk twice making this an auto include

    3.Has great synergy
    -- if u have a zombot sharktronic on field, the explosion of the barrel will auto kill all plants

    In short, it just costs 2 and is WELL WORTH the cost.

    Well, its great when running a valk deck. If your opponent sees through it and uses one lane for big damage instead of killing zombies and buffing your valk, put out barrel and fireworks. You just killed a few yourself, did 2 damage to all plants and have a couple decent hitters on the board for them to worry about. Its not a card i mulligan for, but im generally not upset i get it. It can block a lane from taking damag3 a couple turns for cheap cost

    I also think it is pretty poor as a Legendary. I've played every style I can think of and matched it with every card combination I can think of and I still can't find much use for it.

    Pear Cub for plants is much better, and is not Legendary.
