Card packs giving -1 Cards

I first noticed this with the basic packs occasionally giving me 2 cards instead of 3, then over the last 2 days I completed 3 Hero Quests granting a specialty pack. Which should be 6 cards. However, I only received 5 cards from those 3 packs, even though  the first 3 Quests I completed gave me the appropriate 6 cards. I contacted support after the first error and they gave me 100 gems for the error, which I am okay with. But after contacting them again they said to post here on the forums since this may be a glitch and to have my account credited appropriately.

I have screenshots of all 3 times the pack only gave 5 cards, though I have only uploaded 1 set of them. You'll notice on the second picture the edit icon says there should be 6 new cards, but then when going into the deck to look there are only the 5 cards that are "new," not the 6 it is displaying.
