Challenge throwdown for upcoming Sassquash

When the Sasquatch's health gets low enough, he does call in a pair of troublemaking Gargantuars. Those have me most worried for a potential cactus run because of quickly they can run and break everything.

Goop shroom seems to always be a good way to go, but they seem rare for me to get now. I have 340 bucketheads to use in Gardens and Graveyards compared to the 12 goop shrooms I have for the boss hunt.

Great idea on pairing up for the burger phase because it is definitely going to get messy with many enemies going for either one side or the other. Now, if we could block all four ways up the high ground, that'd just make things funny and easy. Almost like the wooden bridge situation--where there was a "for sure" covered side and a less-confident potato minefield side.

As for the rose run, the hardest part will probably be nailing the burgers due to height placement of some (pillars especially), inaccuracy, and lack of damage. Everyone will have to keep moving constantly to get as close as possible.

If you need a player for either run, I'll most likely be on.

The rocky cliff by the riverbed can be a candidate for a solo cactus base if that's what you're looking for. Just watch out for the arching fireballs from the Sasquatch if he's close by.

All roses challenge accepted. 

Here is my strategy for all roses:

0. Team composition:

        - At minimum one NecRose to jinx the yeti so get more damage during team attack.

        - Upgrade: Fast healing, homing, damage/fast reload.

        - Ability:  Split to pair with one member use healing arcane and other regular arcane or both healing arcane.

1. Plant goop mushroom on both corner and one flower pot on the center. Most importantly plant goop mushroom on all pots in the maps before place the bait, this will help on step 3.

2. All attacks from hiding/cover place while he's goop and can't move, jinx it for more damage, slow him down (not sure if works for boss)

3. Hopefully, we can get 5-10% down before he runs away. Since we already put goop pot all over the place, sassquash wont able to run far, he will get goop again and again and again 🙂 Stay together and attack him with jinx and from a covered place with homing ability with one rose doing the bodyguard job and healing job. 

4. Once he dig, we back to top and build our protection there (healing flower pot, ice pot). We can attack all of the burgers from this position (pair on left and pair on right). One player focus on destroying burger while other doing bodyguard when needed.

5. Subordination, slow down those annoying all-stars or change them to goat. Change to arcane before things getting out of hand (heal and kills). Plant goop shroom, why? to slow down the all-stars and when sassquash show up, he will get goop again.

6. Repeat step 3 and 5. Always replanted the pot with goop shroom/ice shroom whenever you see it's destroyed.

7. Stay together during two giant boss and change annoying super brains to goat, mbeekkk mbeekkk).

8. Then Squash the Sassquash.

What do you guys think?

I've tried getting on top before, but it hasn't worked for me. Even tried it in Low Grav, but it goes all the way around.

If there was a way to bypass it, it might be getting vanquished while in mid-air and having your body be pushed back into that area.

Kind of like how some players manage to glitch into a random house in the Yeti King fight when they are revived.

Asukojo, even on Normal, I think you're underestimating how hard it's going to be for a rose run.

Roses generally do less damage to them anyway, but a Nec'Rose will doing so little to damaging a burger unless they get close.

Rose on burger, hmm, it will be challenging, might need both roses attacking the same burger and there're far burgers. Well, let see if there's a way to get closers but stay safe:

1. Use arcane first to travel in the danger zone while others protecting using homing from far away.

2. goop/ice shroom.

This challenge definitely will test how good we're with Rose.

Can I join?

We should make a checklist of teams to try when he comes. All Cactus and Rose of course, but maybe add citrons and other teams of plants? I was happy with the results for the Yeti so, I plan to issue a challenge for Sasquatch as well. So between the two of us we can have the help challenge and skill challenge. More Sasquatch squashed the better!
