Challenges are disabled offline on BNF Switch :(

All challenges are disabled offline in Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville on Switch for some reason.
The game feels so empty without them ☹️
Please patch in offline challenges!

    Hi Santar0,

    You're correct that the challenges are only enabled while you are in online mode. This is primarily because of how the challenge system actually works - new daily and weekly challenges are created on the server side and sent to players who are online.

    There’s nothing to be passed along to any team. This game is not being developed further. Besides some minor bug fixes you will not see any additional content for this part of the franchise. This is just a big money grab my EA...

    @OB1-The-Only-One Yep, and don't expect popcap to anwser any of the fans questions about where the franchise is going or if it will even go on at all.

    Please patch in offline challenges was what I was asking for. I already know the challenges don't work offline as they are now. The game's progression is severely lacking when you play offline without challenges.
