That's what the skip cards are for, if you find a challenge that you don't think you can handle, skip it. The teleporter one is easy though, if you know where they are. Plus if you're fidning that you can't complete a challenge in one session, change classes and work on something else. You don't have to stick with the same class through the whole game.
I don't have skip cards, therefore that point is null. Also, as you said, it's easy... if there is one made. Why would I waste a skip card... even if I had one, on an easy challenge to complete... as long as it's able to be completed.
The thing is, at certain levels... challenges all seem to be similar. So it's essentially bottlenecked at trying to level up all your characters for achievements... all characters at level 5 and reaching rank 50.
Anyways, the point is that the challenges distract you from the objectives of the playlist.

You can pick up skip cards easly in 10k and 20k card packs, if you're playing you're earing coins and can get skip cards. My scientist is level 9 and I didn't have to deviate from any goals to get him there (now all of my challenges are for getting post-game "master" medals...), I generally try to kill teleporters to help the team, or heal/revive every chance I get. Most of the challenges come naturally and those that don't encourage you to play a little differently to complete.
I understand your concern, I personally like them and it gives me reason to play all the classes in ways I normally wouldn't like killing zombies on rooftops and a sunflower, now that takes patience.

This game is really getting to be more annoying than anything. All day long, almost nobody except myself going for the objective to capture and prolong the game. Every noob out there camping and really doing nothing to contribute in G&G. Apparently this has become the playlist for noobs to beef up their k/d.

I find in most games the team usually needs a little bit of "encouragement" to actually go for the objective. After someone starts it off, everyone tends to follow. Though it does get annoying.
The challenges really just take patience. I tend to only play a class when I know I can complete them in that game. If I spawn in as cactus, see no drones - go play another class. Sunflower was totally worth getting to level 10 though, that class unlock!
