Please address a bug where the player's character will become invisible to the player and cannot shoot but can be killed by enemies. Getting killed does not make the player character reappear at respawn, and the player's character cannot be seen if you attempt to change characters after being killed.
This happens with enough regularity to not be considered rare by any definition, so it definitely needs to be addressed.
Do you know how you got it? I think it probably hasn't been addressed since no one is able to provide any reliable way to reproduce it.
I personally haven't run into it after around 100 hours of play.
There is no rhyme or reason to why it happens... it just randomly happens. I have played quite a lot and have had it happen probably 10 times or so. It isn't something that happens constantly and I cannot think of anything that causes it.
Hopefully knowing that the characters will not show up if you attempt to change characters helps some. There is an icon that looks like a loading icon (an arrow or something) in place of the character when you go to select a new character.
My gamertag is TheTerrorBeyond if you can use that to find anything. I will make an XBOX "record that" video the next time it happens if I remember to do so.

During the part of the video where my character is invisible, I am attempting to shoot, jump, etc. Nothing happens. I can clearly be killed by other players, as evidenced by my death.
I went to select a new character so you can see what happens when you attempt to select a new character. None of the character models show up and then the screen goes black and will not let you play the game until the current game ends.
I hope that this video helps you figure out something about this glitch, as it is amazingly frustrating.

It does matter, actually... I am trying to get one of the official EA people to look at the video and figure out what to do with the issue. It happens far too often to be a rare thing. I posted the video that shows the error happening and then I never heard anything back.
Beyond that, I don't think that anyone other than an official EA representative should tell another person on the board what to do or not to do.

So, EA... PLEASE address this. They never replied to the other post about this issue and they (unless the guy who does not have an EA username) have not responded to this post. I want them to respond and I will keep posting if I have to do so.
Sorry for commenting about that, but it is usually general forum eticate to not necro old threads. As this is a help forum; I dont understand why it would be needed for two of the same issue on the front page, one of which being from a week after the game has launched; while neither of which provide any additional information to help solve the issue.
You have said it happens "often", but what is the frequency that you're seeing?
From the other thread it was one in 30-50 games, is this the same ratio for you?
