Character transfer
Playing the trial on Xbox one, do I have to do something special to get the characters to transfer over from the first game? Or is automatic because I don't have any of them?

Any variants you have unlocked in GW1 can be transferred by going to the mailbox IN-GAME. See here for details:

You can skip to 0:35
It's via the mailbox on either the plants or zombies side in their base right near the main entrance. Be sure to do your transfer before opening any sticker packs... otherwise you may waste them on a variant you already unlocked in GW1.
