ive already been helped by ea support but they didnt find a way to fix
they had me delete my temp files
clean boot
ending task's
repair the game
re-install the game
Non of these worked
The First Thing I see whenever i try to look at some of the characters First i see the loading sign then just the background after that this also happens on the maps too

Sounds like Intel HD driver issue from the vague description.
Update Intel Drivers.
If you have a dedicated GPU it likely isn't using it.
Post system specs if nothing else.
