i wouldn't call it cheating but they surely aren't helping the team by doing nothing. Besides you don't get much coins by doing nothing compared to players who do put in the work and play the game. They would be better off playing a solo game of suburbination with no bots since that requires far less effort than just doing nothing but jumping.

Besides the bonuses for base caps and winning, TT pays 1K per minute. It doesn't matter in the least what you do in the game.
I wouldn't call them a cheater, but I can think of a few other choice words that wouldn't make it past the swear filter!
Nice peace of footage Bro, looking at their rank, I think cheating is a bit harsh, looks like a newbie, possibly someone quite young. Just hope they learn this is a team based game......eventually.... without inflicting too much pain on the rest of us.

Hey @asukojo,
We appreciate the intention here however it is against our rules to report players in a public space like this, it's considered naming & shaming. In all honesty I took a look at the footage myself, I have to agree with the other users here, I know it can be frustrating to have players like this in your games but the public for playing PvZ GW 2 can be quite young too.
At the end of the day if you feel they are cheating you can follow this steps to report them:

Thanks,
Roger.
It's not a newbie (small innocent kid) who doesn't know how to play, then simply jumping by pressing a button continuously for hours. Every time it re-spawn, it jumping again and again. (1 jump/sec * 3600 sec = 3600 pressing/hour).
It's a script/program that purposely written for that by adult. I thought every script that used to gain unfair advantage (gain coins by doing nothing) is not allowed.
so are you telling me this's allowed ?
How does one write and execute scripts for console controllers? This is a sincere question, I have no knowledge whatsoever on this topic and perhaps you do.
I'm still a bit skeptical, albeit entirely sympathetic to your annoyance at having an AFK teammate taking up a spot in your game. Unless your scripting theory is correct, I see it as no different than the idiot who spends half the game shooting at walls and wandering lost on the map.
Because I cannot play at the moment due to my wrist still being under attack from gout, I've been running empty games of suburbination to gather coins for Rux. Do you consider that to be cheating? I don't believe that coins represent an "unfair advantage." No one can use them to influence the outcome of a game in any way.

Hey @asukojo,
I understand you can be frustrated however it is against the AHQ rules to report players in this manner:
Bully. Online bullying is against the rules. Bullying is a one-stop-shop to getting banned from the forums. Your gaming account will also be reviewed. Bullying can include:
- Naming and shaming
We've all played our fair share of PvZ Garden Warefares here, we aren't not saying that you can't recognize someone taking advantage of the system. What we are trying to say that it difficult to differentiate between a player that doesn't know what he is doing and is just jumping up and down in one spot or someone who is doing it on purpose via a script.
@pandareno1999, sadly it is possible on console but it requires a lot of time & effort and there is anti cheat software on the console itself and built into many games to stop this. Speaking of the gaming world in general, honestly it is extremely rare to come across farmers & cheaters on console compared to PC where it easier to set up these programs.
Thanks,Roger.

It's actually much easier than that. All it takes is a turbo controller. (For those who don't know this means it pushes the designated button rapidly, usually as fast as the game can process.) These are sold online in various places for all the major consoles. The only way to prevent these is to build it into the software, (IE. GW2) which usually notice a prolonged rapid input (or inhumanly rapid one) and kick the player. (Sometimes with a ban.)
I think if I were to see this in a game of turf, I would switch to the opposite team (if not already on it) and target the heck out of them, just kill them repeatedly.
@Final_Zidane Good point Zidane,
[Content removed]
So after that, just start Turf Takeover on European server, jump forever then turn off the TV, left it overnight (day time in Europe), then collect the coins for Rux tomorrow to buy bling bling items with no sweat from jumping thousand times at all.
If that's not consider cheat, should we consider them "smart" than anybody else who grin diligently until their hands feel numb to get the coins??
After read my own article, I'm belong to dumb and numb club ..... :P
