Yes, I observed it as well. I thought my wifi having problem but all other devices are working fine and when I run network test, it can login to PS4 account and speed is fine.
So I power cycle and retry but doesn't help so come back after a half hour or one hour later then start working again.
I've noticed this as well. It seems GW2 is slipping into the same hole GW1 is in. Buckle up everyone, the ride is about to begin...
It's being reported by everyone everywhere. Hopefully EA might address this issue in a timely manner.
In the meantime, quitting the app and reloading seems to be a general fix. I've only had to do it more than once on one occasion.
