"Connection to EA servers timed out."

I am having problems connecting to the EA servers on my Xbox One X when I try opening PvZ GW2. It provides me a popup saying, "Connection to EA servers timed out. Please check your network connection...

Hey there is a way you could connect to the ea servers by going in to the game and when it says press the menu button you dont press anything and you logout of youe acc and then log in with the game in the background then press menu it should work
