"Connection to EA servers timed out."

I am having problems connecting to the EA servers on my Xbox One X when I try opening PvZ GW2. It provides me a popup saying, "Connection to EA servers timed out. Please check your network connection and try again later." I did exactly as the instructions said and nothing has changed. For me, this happens every time I open GW2 (Although there is a rare chance that if I press "Ok," it will still connect me to EA servers regardless). For anyone having the same problem, please click "Me Too" so maybe a community manager will see this.

It appears the latest patch is the culprit. Released 3/15/2023.

I've got the same exact problem. I finnaly let my kids start playing games and it worked for one week with no problems. Now it will not connect to the server.

having the same issue. i'll let it run for 30 mins sometimes and it still wont connect. the flower at the bottom spins the entire time. still nothing. the only support for the issue is a couple years old. but i cleared the cache by unplugging the Xbox One and i've restarted my router still will not connect. and EA ssems useless. try and create a case in the Help Center and it takes me to some Twitter area that shows their server is running, but that's it, no way to contact anyone or create the case. very frustrating

I know this is crazy, but I just found that spamming my right trigger on my controller somehow connects me to the EA servers. I did it again doing this method and it worked.
