Connection to ea servers timed out loop on ps5

Same problem on my PS5. I even bought EA subscription for 1year just to try if it will work. It didn't. Maybe that was evil corporate plan to trick people into subscription :D :D 

Ok, but jokes aside. I have paid for the game, paid for both PSN network and EA subscription. I'm expecting that someone will fix this problem ASAP. 

Having the same problem on PS4 platform, done all the connection tests etc even tried different PS4 and still saying servers timed out??

I can get into the game but cannot play multiplayer or any other mode. I can connect with other players in their backyard. Just no game play. I even tried different internet connections. 

We are having the same connection problem since Thursday.

Actually we have two ID's for PS4 and only one has connection problem for PvZ GW2. But this same ID doesn't have any issues with the other EA games. The other ID can access all the games.

I have chatted two nights with EA tech support and I did everything what they ask for but nothing, they blamed our internet connection even the games are working. I have no idea what to do next. I guess the problem is the Torch and Tail update which I bought on Wednesday as the problem started after the update.

Thanks, everyone for letting us know about this, I have shared it with our team. If I get further information to share I will do so in this thread. 

So far it seems anyone playing Garden Warfare 2 on PS4 or PS5 is running into connection issues. If someone on a different platform is running into this please let us know in the thread, and tag me by using the "@" with my name. 

If anyone has been able to get past this issue, please let me know.

@EA_Illium Mixed mode not working only on Europe servers it seems fine on American servers, turf takeover doesn’t work on any of the servers though so it may be a problem with the turf maps or the servers themselves 

Dudes what's up there??

Me and my husband and many other users have not been able to play the game since Thursday.

That's four days now.

We can not seem to get past the loading screen and always and up getting the message about not being able to connect to server.

I know this belongs to the Technical Issues part of the forum but there are already other topics about this problem that totally seem to be ignored.

And yes everybody has checked their internet connection, nothing wrong with that, there is clearly a problem with the server.

Please fix this.

I know it's not healthy but i think i and my husband are addicted tot his game, and another day without my two hours of playing would be torture.
