Connectivity

When i play alone, I am fine. The problem is when i tried to play split screen, the other person can't connect to ea support. Everytime i press X a couple of time and sometime it let me put the email adress, but after it go back to connetivy and never let the other connect. I tried absolutely everything. From the router to the restore license. I dont know what to do anymore.
