Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville Won't Load

Whenever I try to open Battle for Neighborville on my PC, it gives me a crash report with a memory dump. I've tried talking to EA's customer support, but they couldn't help me. I've tried opening the game using both the EA and Steam app, neither worked. I've tried opening the app as an admin, deleting and redownloading the game, clearing my cache, turning my VPN off, ETC. Any help would be appreciated.
