EA Staff (Retired)I'm with you. The whole RNG thing for legendary characters is terrible! I only wish the person responsible would have his (or her) paycheck put on RNG. "Ohh sorry, you don't get paid this week even though you put in 60 hours. Maybe next week!"
Why put out new characters when it's so difficult to get the ones that are already in the game?
I think the new update will be great. I think that after this update we will most likely see a more even playing field that will be balanced even further, I think we are about 1-3 pathes away from a truly balanced game. (as balanced as can be expected)
I know some of you don't want to hear this, but no amount of coins spent or hours played entitles anyone to anything.
While I sympathize with many of you who have spent more coins than I have with nothing to show but hats, the game is working as intended. The legendary drop rate as you call it needs no adjustments.

Phew...good thing you came along and really understand what people are talking about. I think we all forgot that your opinion is fact, and that no further discussion is necessary.
Maybe I overlooked it but are they adding a group finder for infinity mode? that would be sweet.
