Costumes not available from Rux after installing Deluxe upgrade on Xbox One

My son bought and installed the Deluxe upgrade to Plants Vs Zombies Battle of Neighborville on his account, but Rux doesn't have the costumes that should have come with the game. He's vey upset. We'v...

Same thing here... we are on PS4 and we purchased the deluxe upgrade and we did not get the items.

Is there something we need to do?

Went to Rux a few times and still nothing.
