Costumes not available from Rux after installing Deluxe upgrade on Xbox One

My son bought and installed the Deluxe upgrade to Plants Vs Zombies Battle of Neighborville on his account, but Rux doesn't have the costumes that should have come with the game. He's vey upset. We'v...

Same here, my wife, son, and I all claimed everything fine, but our daughter received nothing. She didn't get the deluxe items or the bulbs. Hope someone can help with this.
