Crash Randomly After January Patch DX12

Are you getting any errors when it Crashes?

Also, when does the crash occur? When you first launch the game? When you're loading into a Match?

Hi,

Dont give any error.

Randomly crash sometimes Giddy park, sometimes Turf Takeover any map.

Sometimes first loading screen.

Can you try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and the Battle for Neighborville game properties in your Library

2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I did everything. But crashing still continues.

I found solution for crashing.

I switched game graphic settings DX12 to DX11.

Crashing stopped. But this issues need fix.
