Crash Randomly After January Patch DX12

Hi, I have RX580 and i7 7700k. I have founder edition and i play every day. The crash issue started after the last update. I updated my graphic card driver and other. I need help for this. Thanks...

Can you try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and the Battle for Neighborville game properties in your Library

2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I did everything. But crashing still continues.

    I found solution for crashing.

    I switched game graphic settings DX12 to DX11.

    Crashing stopped. But this issues need fix.
