Crash report handler

Does anyone know how to fix this when I try to play Pvz It pops up a crash report handler making it so I cant play at all. Do yall have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi CyberHiro456 , would you have a screenshot of that error by any chance? Also which Plants vs Zombies game are you trying to play?
