Data usage while playing xbox one

How much data is used while playing?

We are on satellite with a data cap...received this for Christmas but are trying to decide if we need to return it. (Hopefully not!)

I've read a lot of complaints about the mandatory net connection for this game, but can't find how much it actually uses. Thanks!
