Hi, thank for your reply :-) No, I don't get anything. If I click the add-on I just get 'Installed'. I haven't had the comic through either?
Thank you. I take it that you've restarted from the power menu already? If not, can you try it?
If this has no effect can you try clearing cache and restoring licenses?
To clear cache
- Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller
- Select Turn Off PS4
- Let the PlayStation 4 fully power down and wait at least 30 seconds
- Restart the PlayStation 4
- Hold L1 + R1 while booting up the game
Note: This will also reset your brightness setting and choice of language.

Also, can I check what region you're in/which regional store you bought the upgrade in, and if your copy of BFN is from that same region's store?

Hi, thank you for your kind reply. I have also tried that too. As far as I'm aware, I'm in the Uk/EU region. en-gb. I don't know how to find that out exactly?
I have spent 5 days now waiting to sort this! I have heard back from the PlayStation 'Specialist team' which was quite honestly a waste of time. All they suggested was:
'Please be advised the deluxe upgrade content needs to be picked up in game from "Rux's Emporium". NO really? I know where it's supposed to be, that's how I know it isn't there!
They also said:
'If you are unable to locate the content in that section please can you provide us a short video showing this so we can raise this with the publisher to investigate further.'I'm getting fed up now! I just want what I have paid for! :-)

I'm sorry to hear you are having the same problem. But I'm glad I am not the only one! It's been a week now and I still don't have the up grade!

Is there any way to manually give us the content individually?? Mine says Ive purchased and installed but I dont have the deluxe add on content from rux :/

I have heard back from PlayStation 'Specialist team' but now they want screenshots of the conversation I had with EA via twitter! This is all getting rather annoying now! I have a case number from PlayStation if that helps at all?
