unable to play the game due to black screen cheat

Can someone solve the Annoying Blackscreen problem I encountered? After entering the game, I got stuck in the black loading interface of the marigold flower. I can use WASD to manipulate characters but cannot complete any interactions. I should have been hacked using some means to prevent me from playing the game normally. Is there anyone willing to help me solve this problem? Attached is the video link I saw about this cheating: https://b23.tv/P56M71c

    Someone has leveled all your characters up to level 46, so you can't play the game. This is a common problem that has happened to many people, including myself.

    i have same issue. you need to get vanquished in the backyard. try to guide by sounds and go to battleground until some enemy notice you. after get vanquished press backspace or wait for auto respawn. its required to do everytime you appear in backyard, but its only way to play game normally. and as many said, you got 46'd by skid.
