Hi all,

This is something we're still looking into. Unfortunately it's not something the support team would be able to fix but the PvZ Heroes team are still working on a fix.

Hi @EA_Andy... is there a status update on the fix for this? This bug has been in the wild for almost seven months. What's taking so long?

    Agreed - I need a response as well. I just started this week and surely would have dropped cash over time on this but I didn't receive my last two starting heros - doesn't really leave me with confidence to keep playing.

    It looks like the 4/11 update pushed out resolves this. After playing my first game post-update, I was offered my missing hero.

    You're right - they finally fixed it!!! I played two matches with each of my missing heros unlocking after.
