If it dosn't help, then give us the specs of your hard and software.

DirectX Version: 11
Name: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices ,Inc
Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics processor (0x6613)

Aprox. total memory: 4095MB

Hopefully It's the right information :P
All of the Radeon R7 and R9 generation GPUs do have Dx11. All of those I am familiar with are for desktop PCs and can be easily replaced, but I don't know yet if that is necessary. There is no "R7 200" at all. There are R7 250s and R7 260s, though. Maybe GPU-z could get a straight answer from the hardware.

You probably will not be happy with this game with only an R7 240
Mid-range
Radeon R7 240
Radeon R7 250
Radeon R7 250X
Radeon R7 260
Radeon R7 260X

The R7 200 worked fine for me, No lagg, No visual problems.
But still what about Directx 10? Is it the game or Is my card doing weird?because I know I can play the game I played it before... ._.
There NEVER, not ever, was an "R7 200". There may be an r5 m200, though. It is not supported by EA for any Direct3D version at all. Here's the low quality "m230":

Looks like an R5 m230 can do it first glance at that link, not outstanding of course but playable.
