Is it really a good idea to suggest paying more money for a service that should already be included when we initially bought the game?
I wouldn't pay more money for support if my car was shipped with defects.
In fact, support for defective products should be automatic and guaranteed upon purchase.
In this boss hunt scenario, people are suggesting I purchase a car without airbags, and pay extra to have them installed! Come on!
We don't deserve this treatment as loyal consumers.
@ToastConFigo8787It's baffling that a portal rotation this bad was what they decided to do when ending support for the game years ago.
If it just hadn't,been so bad and lackluster in the first place nobody would be complaining now. I wish they could just bring in one just one dev if needed who could overtime fix this mess. I don't care of it would take them months or years I just want it fixed. You want to tell me that pvz 2 can make 500 million in revenue in 2021 alongisde god knows how much the pvz shooter microtransactions gathered over the year and we can't pay one guy to straighten out this whole mess over time by learning how all the spahgetti code of the game works? Not update the game but just fix the portal schedule?!Maybe i'd be less steamed if we hadn't been asking for them to try and fix this mess all the way back when they were still working on bfn and we never got a peep until now WTF!
- @stukapooka Exactly! Ever since support for GW2 ended, people have been complaining about this horrid mystery portal rotation, but nobody ever responded, this whole thing is insane.
All we want is to be able to play our favourite game modes again!
