Discussion: Customizations (From Normal to Gem)

Yep, this is a big problem with customizing your characters. The other problem is what the things you get are random and they never complete a set. I seen people with the best cosmetics what aren't even special but yet I don't have anything like that. Some sets even come with different colors what do not match each other.
